In early March, we received a terrifying text. A van delivering food and medicine to orphanages in the Kherson region of Ukraine had just been blown up. At first it appeared the van had hit a landmine, but it is now believed it was targeted by a drone.
Miraculously the heroic volunteers making the deliveries survived the blast, but one suffered life threatening injuries and lost his right arm. In less than 48 hours we were able to wire $22,000 to replace the van and help cover medical expenses.
With God’s grace and your support, we were able to respond to this urgent need without hesitation.
